We live by the motto “It takes one to know one,” which is why we are confident in finding the right talent. Our principal personally sits and interviews each candidate. As CPAs & MBAs, we use our technical skills to identify candidates with similar skills to ensure they can perform well in their roles. Since we are in a public accounting practice, our partners are up to date with accounting standards for private enterprises and the often-changing tax laws. We develop our own in-house skill-based exams that utilize various software suites that accountants use daily. Some of these suites include:

- Pro-file, Tax Prep, Can Tax
- PC-Law
- CaseWare
- Microsoft Excel (Typically: V&H Lookups, Pivot Tables, Writing Macros, If Statements)

Unlike many firms, we offer a special ‘employee guarantee’ where we guarantee that for a specified period (typically 3 months on our permanent placements), if you are not satisfied with the original employee or if they quit, we will work on replacing the employee at no cost!
