Kanav is a senior finance and business executive with extensive experience across global advisory, banking, venture capital, and technology-driven enterprises. He currently serves as Managing Director of Immigrate.ai Middle East, where he leads regional operations and oversees the growth of an AI-enabled platform serving clients across the GCC. His role focuses on scaling business performance, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving innovation within the immigration and advisory sector.

Prior to this, Kanav was a Senior Partner at Startup Company Canada, where he advised high-growth startups on market entry into North America, business structuring, and scalability strategies. He began his tenure as a Venture Partner and advanced rapidly into a senior leadership position, reflecting his strong strategic and execution capabilities.

Kanav’s earlier experience includes roles within Canada’s banking sector, notably with the Royal Bank of Canada, as well as over a decade with leading global Big 4 firms, where he developed deep expertise in financial advisory, corporate structuring, and international tax environments. In parallel, he is actively involved in the investment ecosystem, having established and served as General Partner for multiple Venture Capital Corporations in Canada, including 4I Capital (VCC) Inc. and Zoey Capital (VCC) Inc., and participating as an angel investor through established networks.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce, Kanav combines strong technical expertise with a global perspective. Based in the UAE, he is focused on supporting cross-border business growth, investment initiatives, and innovation across the Middle East and international markets.
